Pittsburgh's resident contemporary art museum, Mattress Factory, is a real treat. Found in three unique buildings in the North Side (one main building and two annex wings), this one features a spread of permanent exhibitions, rotating shows, and events throughout the year.
Highlights of the museum include permanent exhibits “Repetitive Vision” by Yayoi Kusama and “Catso, Red” by James Turrell, but features so many new exhibits throughout the year that you can return again adn again and see something new!
