Taqueria el Pastorcito took Pittsburgh's Mexican dining scene by storm after launching a food truck focusing on tacos al pastor. Shortly thereafter, this one expanded to add an additional food truck, a permanent full-service restaurant in New Kensington, and even a Mexican tienda grocery store in Monroeville.
